To induct the aspirants into the long journey to wellness, good health and peace of mind through the right understanding of the techniques of yogic practice Satya Yoga Mandir offer Beginners’ Course before a student join the regular Open Class.
During the period of beginners’ course, will discuss about the fundamentals of Yoga, the Five Points of Yoga, etc.
We will be guiding you how to breathe properly, how to exercise, and how to relax. You will understand the importance and techniques of Asana and Pranayama, and the proper method of doing the Surya Namaskar (the Sun Salutaions).
The Beginner’s Course is currently a 60 to 90 minutes class spread over 6 classes and after that you will be allowed to attend 6 open classes. Without participating in the course, long term benefits cannot be guaranteed.
Please attend at least one Beginner’s Course within the first month of joining the regular classes.
